Sarah works part-time and has 25 years experience working as a Speech Pathologist. Sarah has worked at a number of major ABA clinics and schools in both Europe and Australia. Sarah has extensive post graduate experience working with children with Autism and has completed a number of post graduate courses that include PECS, AUSLAN, The Nuffield Dyspraxia Program and ABA. Sarah has a keen interest in Autism, children with special needs and dyspraxia.

Samantha is a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. She holds professional development certificates in ABA, and Key Word Sign. Samantha has particular interest in working with children and adults of all ages with communication difficulties. She has experience working with both children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Samantha also has experience working with clients who have difficulties with speech, language, stuttering, and literacy.

Siew Jin is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. She is passionate about working with children of all ages and adults to develop their communication skills, including speech, language, fluency, literacy, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). She has experience in working with clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), hearing impairment, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy and intellectual disability, and enjoys collaborating with families and educators to provide holistic support in therapy. She holds professional development certificates in Key Word Sign (KWS), Sounds-Write, and language and literacy interventions in young children. Siew Jin also speaks fluent German and basic Cantonese.

Anita is a qualified speech pathologist and a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. Anita has extensive experience in supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, speech and language difficulties, and literacy difficulties. Anita is passionate about providing evidence-based and family-centred intervention, and has a particular interest in supporting both children and adults who use augmentative and alternative communication. Anita has completed professional development in AUSLAN, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) Approach, Key Word Sign, LAMP Words for Life, PECS, PODD, Proloquo2Go, and the Sounds-Write Literacy Program.

Frohar is a qualified Speech Pathologist and a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. Frohar is a mum to three young boys. She has expertise in working with preschool to school-aged children and their families. She has an interest in speech and language difficulties, social skills and working with children of CALD families.

Kim is a practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology. Kim is keen to support children who struggle to communicate with others, children who have speech sound disorders.

Kristie is a certified practising member of Speech Pathology Australia with over eight years of experience working as a speech therapist. She has an extensive background in supporting clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), speech and language difficulties and literacy difficulties. Passionate and dynamic, Kristie is committed to delivering a holistic and evidence-based approach tailored to the needs of each client and their family. She holds professional development certificates in Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), PECS, Key Word Sign, Proloquo2Go, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) and Sounds-Write Phonics. Kristie also speaks Cantonese and values building strong, collaborative relationships with the families she supports.

Merna is a practising member of Speech Pathology Australia. She holds professional development certificates in ABA, Key Word Sign, Stroke education and Paediatric feeding. Merna has a keen interest in working with preschool and school-aged children in speech, language and fluency. Merna also speaks Arabic.

With three years of hands-on experience as a Speech Therapy Assistant and a Bachelor's degree in Speech and Health Sciences, Olivia brings a strong foundation and compassionate approach to supporting clients in their communication journey. She has a special interest in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as those experiencing speech, language, and literacy difficulties. Olivia is dedicated to creating engaging, supportive, and individualised therapy experiences that help clients build confidence and reach their full potential.

Raychel has three years of hands-on experience as a dedicated Speech Therapy Assistant. Raychel brings a compassionate and creative approach to helping children find their voice. She has a heartfelt passion for working with children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) fostering a nurturing, patient, and joyful environment where every child feels seen, heard, and empowered. Raychel is well-versed in supporting the use of AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices and PECS as a meaningful step in language development. Grounded in empathy and driven by play-based learning, Raychel’s work is guided by the strong belief in the unique strengths and potential of every child she supports.

Laura is a warm, creative therapy assistant with a passion for supporting clients of all ages and abilities. Currently in her third year at Macquarie University, completing a Bachelor of Psychology with an equivalent minor in Speech Science. Laura is also preparing to pursue a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. Drawing on six years of experience across teaching, team supervision, and therapy support, she brings knowledge, empathy, and enthusiasm, empowering clients to achieve meaningful growth.

Martha Macnab is the Social Media and Marketing Manager at Rainbow Future Kidz, as well as the organisation’s IT Specialist. She brings a unique blend of creative, technical, and frontline experience to the team. With over six years’ experience as a disability support worker and having served as a director across three NDIS-registered companies, Martha has a deep, practical understanding of the disability sector. Her background allows her to develop marketing and digital systems that are not only engaging and effective, but also genuinely reflective of the needs of participants, families, and support teams. Martha is passionate about using technology and communication to strengthen services and create meaningful connections within the community.
